Terms and conditions:

We expect that all patients who have an appointment ensure they keep it and arrive on time.

We understand that patients may be unable to attend their appointment, however, cancellations require 24 hours notice.

For appointments cancelled without notice a fee may be made charged based on the length of an appointment for example: 10 minute appointment missed – charge of £25.

Repeatedly missed appointments will result in risking future appointments.

We expect prompt payment ahead of treatment undertaken.

It is essential that we have up to date contact details to enable us to keep you updated about new treatments and developments.
